WindowMaster is a global company that produces systems which, through intelligent control of windows, create a healthy and natural indoor climate in buildings.

In June 2018, WindowMaster gathered their international partners at the Global Partner Meeting in Industriens Hus in Copenhagen, and entered a partnership with Format on developing, planning and executing the meeting.

As part of our delivery we designed the plenary room, by creating an impressive visual frame for the meeting, which also supported Windowmaster’s products.

By mapping the physical expression of the room we used projections to transform the wall panels into window sections that opened up to amazing views – from a metropolis skyline to a beautiful landscape.

The wall was activated during the CEO’s opening speech as an illusionary surprise element, and remained throughout the day as a living and entertaining decorative frame for the meeting.
