Based on a successful collaboration in 2012, RSA chose to involve Format Agency in conducting the leader conference 2013. The purpose was to work with their strategy and an increased focus on ownership among the top leaders. The title from 2012, “One Team, One Mission”, was maintained, and the subtitle “Our Business” was added.
The conference was executed over 2 days with an online pre-conference platform, plenary sessions, panel debates, break-outs, experience-based strategy sessions, motivational speaker, external inspirators, workshops, dinner with entertainment, ongoing reflections and votes.
Format Agency delivered advice by participating in the internal steering committee to ensure that the conference created the best possible results, as defined by the Senior Executive Team, as well as acting as advisor for all the stakeholders and internal session owners and speakers.
Furthermore, Format Agency delivered a complete implementation, including creative concept, graphic identity, room design, external speaker, methods of interaction and advice on presentations and stage coaching. Handling of registrations, online forum, productions, venues, accommodation, transportation, logistics, interior design, branding, catering, entertainment, AV/technique, presentations as well as planning, execution and follow-up.
