For the entire month of December, Telenor broadcasted short video clips online as a Christmas calendar for children aged 4-10 to watch. Format took on the responsibility of activating the Christmas universe in various high-traffic shopping malls around the country in order to engage potential customers and drive online-to-offline sales.
In collaboration with Telenor, Format developed a mobile creativity workshop concept targeting bypassing families, where children could unfold their imagination and at the same time familiarize with the Telenor Christmas characters through 4 practical tasks. Afterwards, the children could use a photo of their creation to participate in a nationwide competition. In addition to the workshop, original staged elements and characters from the Christmas calendar episodes were also exhibited in the malls to attract families and endorse the Telenor brand.
The campaign resulted in increased in-store traffic and brought Telenor closer to their target group in a credible and sincere way.
